Refund Policy

Version: 2.1 — 21 September 2026 Effective date: 21 09 2026
This page forms part of our Terms and Conditions. It is written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected] and ask — that is faster than guessing.
In one paragraph
You have two separate ways to get your money back, and you can rely on whichever helps you more. The first is the limited and linked to the “The Skills Rocket” webinar, First Orbit Guarantee: 30 days from your purchase to decide it wasn’t for you, no conditions attached, 100% refund. The second is your statutory right of withdrawal: 14 days, no reason needed, and — unlike some digital-content sellers — we don’t ask you to trade it away for immediate access. The guarantee is something we offer voluntarily. It is added to your legal rights and never replaces them.
1. The First Orbit Guarantee
You have 30 days from your purchase to be satisfied. If you’re not, tell us and we refund 100% of what you paid — no questions asked.
How it works
| What you have to do | Nothing beyond telling us. There is no further evidence to provide. |
| By when | Within 30 days of your purchase of The Skills Rocket — Three Skills to Orbit. |
| How to claim | Email [email protected] with the subject line First Orbit Guarantee. You do not have to justify yourself or explain what went wrong — though if you tell us, it helps us improve the Programme. |
| What you get back | 100% of what you paid. Not a credit, not a partial refund, not a voucher. |
| How fast | We acknowledge within 5 working days and pay within 14 days of accepting the claim, to the payment method you used. |
| What happens to your access | Access to the Programme ends when the refund is made. |
What the guarantee is not
The First Orbit Guarantee is a refund term. It is not a promise that you will get a job, an income, or any specific result, and the fact that we offer it is not evidence that any outcome is likely or typical. See our Earnings and Outcome Disclaimer.
2. Your statutory right of withdrawal (14 days)
This applies if you are a consumer — a person buying for purposes outside your trade or profession.
The right
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of it being concluded, without giving any reason and without penalty.
How to withdraw
Email [email protected] with any clear statement that you are withdrawing. You can use the model form at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to. Sending the message before the 14 days expire is enough — it does not matter when we read it.
What we do
We refund everything you paid, within 14 days of being told, using the same payment method you used. You pay no fee for the refund.
Immediate access does not cost you this right
Our Programmes are digital content delivered online. The law lets a seller ask you to give up the 14-day right in exchange for immediate access — rather than waiting for the 14 days to pass — but only if the seller first gets your prior express consent to that, and your acknowledgement that you’re losing the right by giving it.
We don’t ask for that. We don’t put a checkbox in front of you trading one for the other, at checkout or anywhere else. Instead:
- You get access to the Programme as soon as your payment goes through — there is no waiting period and nothing you need to opt into for that.
- You keep the full 14-day right of withdrawal regardless, and it makes no difference to your refund how much of the Programme you have already watched, read or completed by the time you withdraw.
Either way, the First Orbit Guarantee in §1 still applies, and for most people it is the more useful of the two — it lasts 30 days instead of 14 and carries no conditions.
3. If something is actually wrong with what we sold you
Separately from both of the above, if a Programme is not what we said it was — inaccessible, materially incomplete, materially different from its description — you have rights under EU digital-content law (Directive (EU) 2019/770; Articles 135-octies and following of the Italian Consumer Code) to have it put right, or to a price reduction or a refund.
These rights cannot be waived, are not limited by anything on this page, and do not expire after 30 days. Email us and tell us what is wrong.
4. If we ever discontinue a Programme
If we permanently shut down a Programme or platform you paid for, we will give you at least 90 days’ notice, let you download and keep your materials during that period, and refund you pro rata if you bought within the previous twelve months. Full terms in §10 of the Terms and Conditions.
5. When a refund is not available
To be straight with you about the limits:
- After 30 days, if nothing is wrong with the Programme. The guarantee window has closed and there is no statutory right left to rely on.
- Serious breach of the Terms, in particular sharing your account or redistributing our material. See §9 of the Terms.
None of these limits affects your rights under §2 or §3 above where those apply.
6. How to reach us
[email protected] — one inbox, read by a person. Put First Orbit Guarantee or Withdrawal in the subject line and it gets handled faster.
We acknowledge within 5 working days and aim to resolve within 30 days. If we cannot, §30.4 of the Terms explains what else you can do, including your national consumer authority and the European Consumer Centre.
